Products and availability
Yacht Rob Signature Shirts are made to order. We work to present colors, prints and product information accurately, but screens can display color differently. We may correct errors, update information or decline an order when necessary.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order affected by fraud, payment failure, product unavailability or an obvious pricing or listing error.
Shipping and returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns terms. Please review them before ordering.
Intellectual property
The Yacht Rob name, artwork, prints, photographs, copy and site content may not be reproduced, sold or used commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use the site for unlawful activity.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yacht Rob is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
